Individual Supports
For Adults With
Special Needs

We’ve long held the belief that when an individual reaches maturity, supports need to change. No longer can a son or daughter depend solely on family or guardians to provide the needed support to prepare for a life of independence.

Individual Supports can accomplish just that. Staff are specifically assigned to work with and attain specific outcomes. Outcomes are based on ability and often renegotiated as adults become more and more accustomed to achieving their goals.

In preparation for a life of independence, we provide the necessary skills to help in the transition to one day living life on their own.  Whether it’s planning a meal, transporting yourself to or from work or maintaining your own apartment, Individual Supports will prepare you for the day when you will be able to say “I’ve got this”.

What Does Success Look Like To You

Declare your independence. Begin your journey with hope, confidence, and assurance.
