Supported Employment

Whether you're just getting started or have had a job before, Supported Employment can assist. Employment Specialists come from diverse backgrounds. Our job coaches are proven, solid candidates with proven track records of success. Combining years of both life experience along with personal achievement, our Employment Specialists are trained to identify what consumers are passionate about. Once identified, we carefully select opportunities consistent with a candidate’s skill and interest. 

Our Employment Specialists subscribe to APSE and are Certified Job Coaches trained thru the Elizabeth Bogg Center at Rutgers University.

To date we have placed 100’s of individuals in a myriad of positions such as:

Graphic designers, IT specialists, Supervisory Staff, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse Workers, Med Techs, Dispatchers, Bakers, Photographers, and Sous Chefs just to name a few.
